Discount Tire

Google really needs a zero star rating. Took my car in yesterday for two leaky tires. One was repaired; I was told the other had a nail in the sidewall and couldn't be repaired. And because I have AWD tires, they recommended replacement of all of the tires. Had a bad vibe as it felt like a scam. Told the salesperson I would buy a shaved tire if necessary as the remaining tread on all of my tires was still good. Took my car to the dealership today. There was no nail in the sidewall only a small one in the tread. I ended up spending $0 instead of $1500-2000. Please be wary about doing business with this company.

Showed up a few minutes before closing, and expected to have my tires mounted and balanced the next day. Tom was super pleasant and knowledgeable, and had me pull around to get the tires done then and there. The team was thorough yet quick, and I am quite pleased with the quality of work. Cheaper than Belle Tire too.

I am changing my review because afterwards I found they broke a bolt on my center caps and said absolutely nothing. To the stores credit, they ended up buying me a new wheel, but then the obviously unsupervised techs cross threaded one of my lugs, not even tightened all the way. It snapped off trying to remove it. I’m going to call them, but I will not let them touch my car again. They need to spend some serious time talking about quality and checking on their guys work before it goes out. This was not only stupid, it was dangerous.

The guys are excellent, they attend to customers upon arrival and keep you informed about your vehicle. They have a decent waiting space that is clean and tidy, with comfortable chairs. Overall experience was good and I hope they keep it up.

They provided me service in like 20 minutes. I brought him a full spare tire that I keep in my trunk. I don’t use a donut tire. they were friendly. They didn’t make a mistake like the one off Jackson Road. This location told me 20 minutes and the tire was ready on time. Discount off Jackson Road didn’t have the tires in stock. told me they’d have the tire on in the morning sometime around 2pm. They called later at 2 PM and told me 20 minutes when I got to Jackson Road Discount tire they hadn’t even installed the tire…. This location didn’t do me like that. They were fast! Discount tire carpenter Road is a much better for in stock items and good technicians that provide the proper tire pressure as the tire that I got from the Discount tire on Jackson Road didn’t have the proper amount of tire pressure on it.
